Tennis is a challenging, fun  and exhilarating sport, which can be experienced to the full as a member of the Widnes Tennis Academy. Our Super modern facilities include nine tennis courts comprising three  indoor, four outdoor porous macadam, and two artificial grass. We also have two Indoor Mini – Red Tennis courts which is designated as a “Kidszone”. 

We have a team of highly motivated and LTA qualified coaches who cater for all ages and abilities, from tiny tots through to adults. The extensive LTA accredited Mini Tennis coaching programme is run on weekdays after school and there are "pay and play" sessions available  throughout the year.

The coaching structure gives the opportunity for all players to reach their potential, with the more talented juniors feeding into our Performance Squads. Coaching sessions are also run for adults, along with various drills sessions.

If individual lessons appeal, coaching can be arranged on a one to one basis with the coach of your choice.Members can also participate in various Club teams, leagues, box ladders and tournaments or join in Club nights and/or Ladies mornings. Since all you need is your tennis racquet and sports gear, there is something for everyone!
